Digital Product Manager – Waste Management & Circular Economy

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to lead the creation of innovative digital solutions for waste management and the circular economy. You will work closely with sales, operations and technology teams to turn market needs into scalable products.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer, supplier and operational challenges in waste management and identify digital opportunities.
• Define product vision, road‑maps and MVP features, translating business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Prioritise initiatives based on customer value, business impact and technical feasibility while working with UX designers, engineers and delivery teams in an agile environment.
• Develop business cases, quantify automation benefits, cost savings and new revenue streams, and support pricing and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Evaluate build‑vs‑buy options, monitor ESG regulations and market trends, and shape platform strategies.
• Optimise waste‑management processes, drive automation, support standardisation and contribute to data‑driven, compliance‑oriented solutions.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in digital product management, product strategy, business development or digital transformation.
• Solid background in waste management, recycling, environmental services, logistics, circular economy or related sustainability sectors.
• Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, platform business models and data‑driven services.
• Proven experience with customer discovery, product road‑maps, MVP development and agile product delivery.
