CNC operater / programer (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated CNC operator/programmer to join our production team in Zagreb. The role involves operating both CNC turning and milling machines and learning to program them under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathe and CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.
• Prepare machines, load programs and start production runs.
• Clamp and position workpieces accurately before machining.
• Replace, inspect and adjust cutting tools as needed.
• Measure finished components with calibrated instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Interpret basic G‑code instructions and adjust programs when required.
• Complete work orders and maintain control documentation.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn CNC machining and programming.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
• Motivation to work in a team-oriented production environment.
