Brand Manager RX (m/ž)

About the role

The Brand Manager RX will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for assigned pharmaceutical brands, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans for the portfolio.
• Conduct market, competitor and trend analyses.
• Manage the marketing budget and monitor the effectiveness of activities.
• Create promotional and educational materials in line with regulatory and internal standards.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve commercial targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key opinion leaders, professional societies and other stakeholders.
• Perform regular field work, including visits to specialist physicians and participation in congresses and educational events.
• Represent the company and its portfolio to external partners.
• Plan and organise advisory board meetings, scientific events and educational activities.
• Communicate regularly with principals and prepare business, marketing and sales reports.
• Track performance against goals and propose corrective actions for brand growth.

Required profile

• University degree in pharmacy, medicine, dentistry, natural sciences, biomedicine or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in brand management and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Preferably experience in neurology or psychiatry.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical and organisational competence.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for field work.
