Assistant Brand Manager (FMCG)

About the role

Alca Zagreb is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to support the Brand Manager in driving procurement and marketing initiatives for a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) portfolio. The role focuses on boosting sales volume, profitability and market share while ensuring smooth coordination across supply‑chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Brand Manager in managing procurement and marketing processes to increase sales and market share.
• Provide administrative support for a specific product assortment, liaising with sales, logistics, finance and accounting.
• Coordinate production activities according to the Brand Manager’s directives.
• Prepare templates for sales‑cost reporting and generate standardized daily and weekly sales reports.
• Cover essential daily tasks in the Brand Manager’s absence.
• Manage the sample warehouse and ensure systematic entry of internal documents.
• Organise distribution and delivery of POS materials and displays as instructed.
• Coordinate the execution of in‑store promotions.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education in economics (VSS, VŠS or SSS).
• Preferably at least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Good spoken and written English.
