About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Call Center Agent to serve customers from the Slovene and Croatian markets. The position is based in Zagreb and involves real‑time communication with customers via phone, email, chat and social media.
Key responsibilities
- Handle oral communication with customers in real time through the call centre.
- Respond to written inquiries via email, chat and Facebook.
- Present product offers and assist customers in preparing and creating orders.
- Provide ongoing customer care and support.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Required profile
- Active knowledge of Slovene language, both spoken and written.
- Basic proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, including active listening and clear information delivery.
- Patience, independence, motivation, organization and teamwork orientation.
