About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Call Center / Sales Agents to join our growing team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, promote our products and services, and work towards achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide information about products.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and present offers.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Follow scripts and sales guidelines while adapting to customer needs.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Strong communication and sales abilities.
• Motivation to meet and exceed sales results.
• Polite and professional attitude toward clients.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on sales.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or call‑center work is desirable but not mandatory.
