About the role
We are looking for a well‑presented individual to join our retail centre in Zagreb as a Sales Associate. You will be the face of the store, guiding customers through product choices and ensuring a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Actively participate in the sales process, from advising customers to closing sales.
- Provide expert information and advice on products and services.
- Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
- Take part in promotions and sales campaigns.
Required profile
- Minimum high school diploma (SSS).
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong communication, organisational and presentation abilities.
- Experience in sales of paints, lacquers or construction finishing materials is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales or customer advisory roles.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
