About the role
The Cultural and Educational Society "Slovenski dom Zagreb" is seeking a part‑time secretary to provide administrative support for its office located at Masarykova 13, Zagreb. The role involves ensuring smooth daily operations and assisting staff and members with routine tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate basic logistical needs.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and events for the association.
- Support members and visitors with information and guidance.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part‑time schedule.
- Basic understanding of office procedures and record‑keeping.
