About the role

Merkur osiguranje d.d. is looking for a Customer Support Associate to join its Zagreb office. You will be the first point of contact for clients and business partners, providing timely and accurate information while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle telephone and written communication with clients and partners, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Coordinate with internal departments to improve the overall customer experience.
• Identify client needs and propose solutions that meet the company’s quality standards.
• Assist clients in‑branch with their inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of all client interactions.
• Participate actively in the improvement of internal processes.

Required profile

• Completed secondary school education (SSS).
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work under pressure.
• Proactive attitude when handling inquiries.
• Clear communication and good listening skills.
• Flexibility in dealing with different types of people.
• Customer‑service experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a computer and MS Office tools.
