Site Manager / Civil Engineer – Zagreb

About the role

We are looking for a Site Manager / Civil Engineer to lead construction projects in Zagreb, ensuring that works are delivered on schedule, to quality standards and in compliance with safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise construction activities according to the project schedule.
• Manage on‑site personnel and coordinate subcontractors.
• Control the quality of executed works and ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate construction documentation, including site diary and logbook.
• Communicate and coordinate with supervisors, designers and investors.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction site management or civil engineering.
• Proactive, able to work independently and solve problems autonomously.
• Relevant field experience in structural renovation or building construction.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
