Sales Representative - Healthcare

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to promote our healthcare product portfolio across Croatia. You will act as the primary contact for hospitals, laboratories and other healthcare institutions, helping them navigate procurement processes and make informed purchasing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer needs, procurement procedures and decision‑making structures within the healthcare sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, labs and other healthcare providers throughout Croatia.
• Identify new business opportunities, schedule and conduct customer meetings.
• Present the product range, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Perform regular field work, travelling extensively across the country.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, account management or a comparable customer‑facing role.
• Degree in economics, pharmacy, biotechnology, natural sciences or a related field.
• Good knowledge of healthcare procurement and hospital decision‑making processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales mindset.
• Resourceful, adaptable and proactive.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Willingness to travel throughout Croatia.
