Sales Coordinator – South Eastern Europe & Malta

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will support Herbalife’s sales team across South Eastern Europe and Malta by organising events, promotions and a range of sales activities. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate sales events, promotional campaigns and related activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to guarantee seamless project execution.
• Assist in budget management, expense tracking and maintaining project timelines.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners, delivering excellent customer service.
• Provide administrative and organisational support to the sales team.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high‑quality completion.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or in event/promotion support.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a proactive team player.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and tackle challenges with a proactive mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using Canva for design and presentation.
