Product Catalogue Expert (f/m)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Catalogue Expert to join our CRM team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for managing product data, designing new functionalities and ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of new CRM functionalities, products and services.
• Manage the Product Catalogue, guaranteeing data quality, accuracy and consistency across connected systems.
• Develop and improve CRM solutions with a focus on the product catalog.
• Define, implement and maintain integrations between the CRM platform and other enterprise systems, ensuring reliability and alignment with business processes.
• Participate in process optimisation, automation and monitoring to enhance efficiency, user experience and system stability.
• Support the continuous development, availability and stability of CRM and Product Catalogue solutions for A1 Hrvatska and group entities.

Required profile

• University degree in informatics, engineering or a related field.
• Experience with CRM and/or Product Catalogue systems and ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Familiarity with environments that involve multiple integrated systems.
• Strong analytical, organisational skills and high attention to detail.
