About the role

You will join a modern manufacturing environment in Zagreb, operating advanced equipment for processing sheet materials. The position focuses on ensuring high‑quality output while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Key responsibilities

Operate shearing machines to cut sheet material.
Run edging machines for precise edge finishing.
Control CNC drilling machines for accurate hole production.
Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any malfunctions.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Required profile

Completed secondary education.
Responsible, reliable and eager to learn.
Positive attitude toward work and colleagues.
Previous experience with similar machinery is an advantage but not mandatory.

Required skills

Operation of shearing machines.
Operation of edging machines.
Operation of CNC drilling machines.

What we offer

Net monthly salary ranging from €1,300 to €1,700, linked to performance.
Christmas bonus of €500 and Easter bonus of €200.
Additional cash rewards for outstanding results.
Transportation allowance to cover commuting costs.
