About the role

Vukmir i suradnici is seeking a motivated law trainee who has passed the bar exam to join its growing team in Zagreb. The successful candidate will support senior lawyers across a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters, working in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research statutes, case law and legal literature relevant to corporate, banking, competition, consumer protection and other specialised areas.
• Draft legal opinions, advice letters and memoranda.
• Prepare pleadings, contracts, decisions, minutes and other legal documents.
• Maintain correspondence with clients, courts and other parties involved in cases.
• Collaborate on projects with team members and mentor junior colleagues.

Required profile

• Law degree (LL.B. or LL.M.) with a passed bar exam.
• 2‑5 years of experience in commercial law, including corporate, contract, banking, competition, privacy, IT, real‑estate or labour law.
• Excellent command of English and legal terminology.
• Experience working with international clients and in larger teams.
• Self‑driven, solution‑oriented and eager to continuously develop professional skills.
