About the role

Vukmir i suradnici is expanding its legal practice and seeks a motivated legal trainee to support senior lawyers across a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters. The position offers exposure to corporate law, banking and finance, competition law, consumer protection, privacy, IT, real estate, labour and misdemeanor law.

Key responsibilities

• Research statutes, case law and legal literature.
• Draft legal opinions, advice and memoranda.
• Prepare pleadings, contracts and other legal documents such as decisions and minutes.
• Represent clients before courts and administrative bodies.
• Maintain correspondence with clients and other parties involved in cases.
• Perform other typical legal tasks in an international law‑firm environment.

Required profile

• University degree in law (Bachelor or Master) without having passed the bar exam.
• No prior work experience required; experience in commercial law or with international clients is a plus.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is desirable.
• Initiative, solution‑orientation and ability to work well in a team.
• Strong motivation for continuous learning and high‑quality client service.

• Familiarity with internet tools and services.
