About the role

KONZUM plus d.o.o. is looking for enthusiastic butchers to join its retail network across Croatia. You will work directly with customers, offering expert advice on meat selection and preparing products according to established recipes and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Display and sell fresh meat and processed meat products.
• Prepare meat items following prescribed recipes and quality norms.
• Monitor expiration dates of fresh and packaged meat to ensure safety.
• Maintain stock levels, cleanliness and orderliness of the meat department.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable advice to customers about cuts, cooking methods and product choices.

Required profile

• Secondary school education in the food sector (butcher specialization).
• At least 6 months of experience in meat sales.
• Strong customer orientation and commitment to service quality.
• Polite communication, neat appearance, responsibility and willingness to work in a team.
