About the role

We are expanding our real‑estate portfolio and need a proactive, organized, and communicative Sales and Team Coordinator. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales process from the first inquiry to closing, supporting agents, and maintaining daily communication with investors and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the work of sales agents.
• Track inquiries, viewings, sales status, and ensure agreed activities are executed.
• Prepare, publish, and update property listings on relevant portals.
• Maintain daily communication with investors regarding sales activities, advertisements, and current projects.
• Coordinate documentation and scheduling with mortgage brokers, notaries, energy‑certificate issuers, and other partners.
• Produce reports on sales activities and results.
• Resolve operational challenges and align actions between agents, investors, and partners.
• Participate actively in negotiations and transaction closures.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years coordinating or leading a sales team.
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, independent mindset with willingness to take responsibility.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Category B driver’s licence and own vehicle.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
