About the role
Beko, a leading home‑appliances brand, is looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to join its Zagreb team. You will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring the smooth execution of commercial activities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain daily contact with assigned customers and provide price lists, product updates, and notifications.
- Monitor customer solvency, manage receivables, and ensure compliance with legal sales regulations.
- Analyze market trends, propose product line extensions, and create sales forecasts for each partner.
- Participate in regular meetings with marketing, product, supply‑chain, and export sales teams to set targets and evaluate performance.
- Prepare commercial documentation, conduct market research, and develop presentations and analyses.
- Support contract negotiations, defining credit limits, payment terms, and sales targets.
- Contribute to the annual procurement and sales budgeting process.
Required profile
- Ambitious, motivated and results‑oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Organised, responsible and able to travel as needed.
- University degree, preferably in Economics or Management.
- Valid driving licence and prior experience in a similar commercial role, ideally within consumer electronics or white‑goods.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (and general Office package).
- Advanced written and spoken English.
