IT Application Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Application Manager to join our growing team and ensure the stable operation of our customers' business‑critical applications and legacy systems. You will work closely with customers, internal teams and external partners, taking ownership of day‑to‑day application operations, technical coordination, incident resolution and related projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support business‑critical applications and legacy systems.
• Monitor daily batch jobs, background processes and connected interfaces.
• Analyse, investigate and resolve incidents, problems and operational issues.
• Coordinate troubleshooting with customers, internal teams and external service providers.
• Create and maintain incident, service and change tickets.
• Provide second‑ and third‑level application support and manage user roles.
• Perform SQL updates, generate operational reports and configure data exchanges.
• Support software updates, releases, maintenance activities and production deployments.
• Document technical procedures, user guides and operational processes.
• Contribute to process improvement, standardisation and automation.
• Act as deputy for the Operations Manager when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT Application Management, DevOps, IT Operations or similar support roles.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, partners and internal teams.
