About the role

Join Peek & Cloppenburg’s flagship store in Zagreb as a Sales and Cashier Associate. You will be the face of the brand, providing high‑level service to customers while handling sales transactions efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and active sales consulting.
• Present the product assortment and company services in a professional manner.
• Accurately process sales, cash handling and checkout calculations.
• Manage receipts, issue correct invoices and ensure proper merchandise issuance.
• Handle reservations, returns and customer complaints promptly.
• Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales and cash handling.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with a focus on quality service.
• Experience with cashier duties and basic accounting is a plus.
• High motivation, teamwork spirit and courteous demeanor.
