About the role

Join EKO TAXI as a call‑center dispatcher, using your communication and organisational abilities to coordinate transport services. You will be the central point of contact for customers, ensuring their transport requests are handled efficiently. The position requires close collaboration with drivers and the operations team to maintain smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Handle telephone and written communication with clients and transport users, answering inquiries and confirming bookings.
• Dispatch and monitor rides and drivers in real time, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain service quality and safety.
• Assist in testing the dispatch system, providing feedback for improvements.
• Perform other duties related to the position as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings or weekends.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data handling.
• Proficient spoken and written English; additional foreign languages are a plus.
• Flexibility and a strong team‑oriented attitude.
