Customer Support Specialist – Macedonian & Albanian (m/f/d)

About the role

Join Teleperformance Croatia’s growing team supporting a leading cosmetics and beauty client. You will interact with customers in Macedonian, Albanian (including Gheg) and English, providing assistance via phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide product and service information.
• Resolve issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in the internal system.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service.

Required profile

• Fluent in Macedonian, Albanian (including Gheg) and English (minimum B2).
• Excellent communication, empathy and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a preference for teamwork.
• Good computer skills for handling multiple digital tools simultaneously.
• Previous experience in cosmetics or luxury retail is a plus.

• Computer literacy for operating CRM and documentation tools.
