Customer Support Specialist – Bulgarian, English & Croatian

About the role

Join TP Croatia’s expanding customer support team for a leading cosmetics and beauty client. You will handle inquiries in Bulgarian, English and Croatian/Serbian/Bosnian, providing accurate information and solutions to customers via phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions through phone, email and chat channels.
• Provide detailed information about cosmetics and beauty products.
• Resolve inquiries and propose appropriate solutions.
• Document all interactions and actions accurately in the system.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

Required profile

• Fluent in Bulgarian and at least B2 level in English (spoken, written, reading).
• Proficiency in Croatian, Serbian or Bosnian at the same level as Bulgarian.
• Excellent communication, empathy and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Team‑oriented mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Good computer skills for handling multiple digital tools simultaneously.
• Nice to have: experience in cosmetics or luxury sector, familiarity with digital/social media, prior customer service experience.
