About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic call‑center agents to join our growing team. You will interact with customers over the phone, present telecom services, and support users with their inquiries while working in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Present and sell telecom services via telephone
- Provide advice and support to customers
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to sales and service
- Participate in morning shifts and, when needed, work from home
Required profile
- At least secondary education
- Enjoy communicating with people and have a strong team spirit
- Self‑motivated, responsible and able to work independently
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
