About the role

We are expanding a primary health‑care laboratory in Zagreb and are looking for motivated health‑laboratory technicians to join our team. The position is based in a private practice that is being established and offers a stable environment focused on quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine medical‑biochemical analyses in a primary health‑care setting.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate laboratory records.
• Collaborate with experienced staff to ensure reliable test results.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations within the laboratory.

Required profile

• Completed education for health‑laboratory technicians.
• Passed the professional exam where applicable.
• Valid licence for independent work issued by the Croatian Chamber of Medical Biochemists (HKZR).
• Motivation to learn and develop within the team; no prior experience required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
