About the role

TEDi, a leading international discount retailer, is looking for a motivated Deputy Store Manager to support the daily operation of its stores across several locations in Croatia. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store follows company concepts and delivers excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store according to corporate guidelines and concepts.
• Create work schedules and manage employee vacation planning.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Organise product presentation and merchandising.
• Handle cash registers, treasury balances and cash reconciliation.
• Oversee receipt and issuance of merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and order.

Required profile

• Completed secondary or higher education (preference for retail studies).
• Experience in managing a retail outlet and ability to motivate staff.
• High motivation and dedication to work.
• Strong organisational abilities and confident presence.
• Team‑player capable of handling increased workload.
• Reliability, independence and initiative.
