About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Wellness & Spa Receptionist to join our team at TERME STUBAKI in Stubičke Toplice. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth operations at the wellness reception and delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

Manage the wellness reception desk and handle guest check‑ins.
Receive and process reservations, both in person and via phone or email.
Sell tickets, treatments, spa packages and related products.
Answer guest inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
Enforce wellness centre rules and monitor guest behaviour.
Handle cash transactions accurately.

Required profile

Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
Ability to work in shifts with two days off per week.
Reliability in handling cash and reservations.
