About the role

The Wellness Receptionist welcomes guests at the entrance of the Wellness & Spa centre, provides information about the centre’s offers and facilities, and ensures a pleasant first impression. This role is essential for delivering smooth front‑desk operations and supporting guests throughout their spa experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests entering the Wellness & Spa centre.
• Inform and guide guests on available services, facilities and schedules.
• Handle reservation bookings and process payments for services.
• Monitor compliance with the centre’s house rules and hotel policies.
• Maintain records of service usage and equipment condition.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness and hygiene of the wellness areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries, address requests and provide assistance during their stay.
• Collaborate with team members to guarantee professional and efficient service.
