Warehouse Operative (m/f)

About the role

FERO-TERM is looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join its logistics team in Zagreb (Kustošija). You will be responsible for keeping the warehouse organized, handling incoming and outgoing goods, and supporting the overall flow of products.

Key responsibilities

• Organise merchandise within the warehouse and maintain cleanliness.
• Receive ordered goods, verify deliveries and process any complaints.
• Prepare items for dispatch.
• Load and unload goods safely.
• Process inbound and outbound documentation.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Perform any additional tasks related to warehouse operations as needed.

Required profile

• Preferably holds a forklift operator certification.
• At least one year of experience in warehouse activities.
• Familiarity with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus.
• Self‑initiative, neatness and a high sense of responsibility toward the workplace and goods.
• Strong organisational and logistical abilities.
• Accurate and timely execution of assigned tasks.
