About the role

We are looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead our retail outlet in Zagreb. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, guiding a team of sales associates, and delivering an excellent customer experience within the sports apparel and equipment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day store activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales staff.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Monitor the sports clothing, footwear and equipment market to keep the assortment competitive.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar retail position.
• Secondary school, vocational or university education in commerce or economics.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Good knowledge of the sports apparel, footwear and equipment market.
• Customer‑focused mindset and ability to work well with a team.
• Flexibility, organization and reliability.
• Experience in leading retail staff.
• Proficiency in English.
