About the role

SAACKE Croatia is looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Process Manager to ensure continuous production flow by optimising inventory and overseeing all warehouse operations, from inbound receipt to outbound shipment of finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise receipt, storage and issue of raw materials and finished products.
• Maximise warehouse space utilisation and implement the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain).
• Coordinate timely internal deliveries of materials to production lines.
• Lead, motivate and schedule the warehouse and logistics team.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP/WMS systems and oversee regular and annual inventories.

Required profile

• University degree (preferably logistics, economics or a technical field) with proven experience in similar roles.
• 3–5 years of logistics or warehouse experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP) and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Active spoken and written English; German is a plus.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
