About the role
The Service and Warehouse Manager is responsible for organising, coordinating and supervising service activities as well as managing the spare‑parts warehouse. The role ensures efficient workshop operations, timely repairs and high‑quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the service department and plan service activities.
- Prioritise and schedule service orders.
- Monitor progress and execution of service tasks.
- Diagnose complex faults and develop faster, higher‑quality solutions.
- Maintain service records and documentation.
- Oversee the spare‑parts and consumables inventory.
- Organise workshop workflow and coordinate with suppliers and external partners.
- Lead and manage service staff, control costs and ensure quality of work.
- Report to superiors and implement internal procedures.
Required profile
- Highly organised and reliable.
- Technical expertise in electronics and mechanics.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Team‑player with a proactive attitude.
