About the role

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead the development and growth of our dairy brand portfolio in Zagreb. You will be responsible for shaping brand strategy, launching new products, and ensuring profitability while collaborating closely with internal teams and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage brand and marketing activities in line with the annual plan.
• Control brand‑related costs and budgets.
• Oversee market research activities, including coordination with AC Nielsen when applicable.
• Develop and launch new brand products.
• Design, implement and monitor brand strategy.
• Track and analyse profitability of brands and individual products.
• Coordinate communication with media and creative agencies.
• Collaborate with other company departments to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience managing brands within a marketing team.
• Experience in the food‑and‑beverage sector is a plus.
• Familiarity with AC Nielsen research methodology is advantageous.
• Active proficiency in English.
