About the role
We are seeking an experienced construction site manager to lead high‑rise residential projects. The role involves overseeing both office planning and on‑site execution for multi‑unit residential buildings.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities on high‑rise residential construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site personnel.
- Monitor progress, quality, and budget adherence.
- Prepare reports and communicate status to senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading residential construction sites.
- Relevant engineering or technical background (civil engineering, construction technician, etc.).
- VSS (higher education) is not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of site management and work organization.
