About the role

We are looking for a motivated Project and Facility Management Leader to oversee office space design, construction works and technical management of our business premises. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards while supporting the growth of our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise the design and fit‑out of office spaces.
• Monitor on‑site works, controlling quality, deadlines and budgets.
• Collaborate with architects to produce technical documentation.
• Identify, evaluate and select contractors and tradespeople.
• Track the technical condition of buildings and contribute to maintenance planning.
• Lead technical staff and manage related documentation.
• Propose technical and organisational improvements.
• Participate in developing facility‑management standards.
• Communicate with tenants and internal teams.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher technical education (VSS or VŠS).
• 2‑5 years experience in interior design projects or construction works.
• Experience in facility or property management is a plus.
• Understanding of cost estimates, budgeting and basic building, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and strong organisational, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Readiness for frequent travel (Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Skopje).
• English or German at B2 level.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
