About the role
We are looking for a qualified construction engineer to lead and coordinate works on our building sites in Zagreb. The role combines project management responsibilities with on‑site supervision, ensuring that construction activities are carried out safely, on time, and according to quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and direct daily construction activities on the site.
- Monitor progress, manage resources and ensure compliance with project schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Maintain site documentation and report status to senior management.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar construction project or site‑management role.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability and a professional attitude.
- Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and communication.
