About the role

We are looking for a Production Manager to lead and oversee the entire manufacturing process at our chocolate production facility in Ludbreg. The role involves coordinating daily and weekly production plans, ensuring food safety compliance, and managing a dedicated production team.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, lead and supervise the complete production process.
• Plan and schedule daily and weekly production activities.
• Implement and monitor HACCP systems and hygiene standards.
• Track shelf‑life dates and ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain the IFS certification.
• Lead and develop the production team.

Required profile

• Experience working in the same type of production environment.
• Education in food technology or a related field (secondary school, vocational college or university degree).

Required skills

• HACCP system implementation and supervision.
• IFS certification management.
• Production planning and scheduling.
• Inventory and shelf‑life monitoring.
