About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager for industrial products to join HENNLICH’s Linear Technology department. The role combines technical knowledge, customer interaction and delivering business results in the Croatian market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term business relationships with industrial clients.
• Visit existing and potential customers across Croatia.
• Identify client needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Present products, negotiate and conclude business agreements.
• Actively research the market and uncover new business opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, technologies and market demands.
• Collaborate with colleagues from sales and technical departments.
• Communicate with international suppliers.
• Participate in professional trainings, workshops and international events.

Required profile

• Technical education – preferably mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related field.
• Experience in B2B or technical sales.
• Understanding of industrial products, technical solutions or industrial processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑reliance, responsibility and good time‑management.
• Proficient English for communication with international suppliers.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools.
