About the role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to oversee the full sales cycle for our product range, from quotation to delivery, and to support our e‑commerce channel. The role is based in Zagreb and involves close collaboration with the accounting and warehouse teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare sales offers, dispatch notes and invoices using the company’s business software.
- Order and receive goods for the warehouse, and process customer orders.
- Conduct market research for product procurement and request quotations from suppliers.
- Coordinate daily activities with the accounting department and warehouse staff.
- Manage sales through the online web‑shop.
Required profile
- Experience with the 4D Wand business program is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

What we offer
- Full‑time schedule, one shift from 08:00 to 16:00.
- Weekends off – Saturdays and Sundays are non‑working days.
