About the role

INTEREUROPA is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the launch and growth of a new package‑distribution product. You will be responsible for shaping the market strategy, acquiring new customers and driving revenue in a competitive logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy for the new product.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and key accounts.
• Lead negotiations, prepare commercial offers and close deals.
• Contribute to pricing policy, commercial terms and profitability monitoring.
• Achieve targets for revenue, volume and profit margins.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Design and implement marketing actions that support sales and strengthen brand awareness.
• Analyse sales results and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development or related commercial roles.
• Strong commercial orientation with a focus on results.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and develop business opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with understanding of revenue, margin and profitability.
• Strategic view on product development.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Proficient use of MS Office tools.
• Good command of English.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
