About the role

Crossroad Distribution d.o.o. is expanding its automotive business in Croatia and the region. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager / Import Director to lead vehicle sales, develop our dealer network, and coordinate logistics and marketing activities for the CHANGAN brand.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve vehicle sales targets according to the annual plan.
• Develop and expand the sales‑service network across the territory.
• Oversee logistics centre operations and coordinate marketing initiatives.
• Lead strategic and operational planning aligned with company and supplier goals.
• Define concepts, implement plans and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
• Negotiate pricing, sales support and manage supplier relationships.
• Analyse competitor behaviour and market trends.
• Prepare regular internal and external reports and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
• Propose measures to improve business results and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales or import management role.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Good command of English.
