About the role

Telemax d.o.o. is looking for motivated individuals to join its Fumar retail network as Store Managers / Sales Associates. You will work in stores that specialize in beverages and tobacco products, serving customers in a modern, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain product presentation and stock levels for drinks and tobacco items.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle sales transactions.
  • Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to tobacco sales.

Required profile

  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
  • Self‑reliant, resourceful and responsible.
  • Preferably prior experience in retail.
