About the role

TEDi is seeking a Store Manager to lead its retail branches in Šibenik, Biograd na Moru, Štrmac and Samobor. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring the store follows company concepts, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the store according to company guidelines and concept.
• Create work schedules and coordinate employee vacation planning.
• Train and onboard new staff members.
• Organise product presentation and merchandising.
• Handle cash registers, treasury balance and cash reconciliation.
• Oversee receipt and issuance of merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and order.

Required profile

• Completed secondary or higher education (preference for retail studies).
• Experience in retail management with ability to lead and motivate staff.
• High motivation, dedication and reliable work ethic.
• Strong organisational abilities and confident presentation.
• Team‑player capable of handling increased workload.
• Independent, proactive and trustworthy.
