About the role

The company is looking for a motivated individual to lead internal cleaning operations in Zagreb. You will be responsible for organizing field staff, ensuring service quality, and driving continuous improvement across the assigned area.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and schedule the work of cleaning staff on site.
• Conduct site visits and supervise employee performance.
• Introduce and train new employees.
• Procure consumables, implement cost‑rationalisation measures and improve processes.
• Achieve the business plan for the designated area, monitor results and report on performance.
• Maintain successful communication and build partnership relationships with clients.
• Handle administrative aspects of the business processes.

Required profile

• Secondary school, high school or university degree.
• Preferably experience in similar or related positions.
• Proven experience in team leadership.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
• Active use of the English language.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• High sense of responsibility, service orientation, independence, flexibility, strong communication and organisational abilities, analytical thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, and ability to work constructively in a team.
