About the role
The Area Manager is a key driver of success for our supermarket network. You will oversee multiple store locations, work closely with senior management and actively influence sales growth while travelling across the assigned region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and improve the performance of several retail outlets.
- Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Develop, motivate and coach on‑site teams.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement changes that deliver results.
- Utilise a company car as a mobile office while regularly visiting stores.
Required profile
- University degree in economics or a related field.
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on results.
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Valid B‑category driving licence.
