About the role

The Facility Manager will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance and coordination of a client‑owned building in Zagreb. The role ensures that the property runs smoothly, meets contractual service standards and responds promptly to client requests.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate daily with the client regarding building maintenance and functionality.
• Organise and monitor regular and preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate internal staff, service technicians and external contractors.
• Plan, supervise and follow up on repair works, interventions and fault resolution.
• Track schedules, deadlines and agreed timelines.
• Monitor execution of contracted services and quality of completed work.
• Liaise with suppliers and partners, coordinating their activities on site.
• Receive and track client requests from registration to completion.
• Maintain basic records of works, interventions and maintenance.
• Prepare regular reports on building status, performed works and open requests.
• Participate in planning of necessary works, repairs and investment maintenance.
• When required, join site inspections and verify completed work.

Required profile

• Experience in facility management, building maintenance, construction or related fields.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Responsible, autonomous work style.
• Capability to coordinate multiple tasks and contractors simultaneously.
• Valid category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with MS Office applications.
