About the role

The client, Orion, is looking for an experienced and motivated Procurement Manager to join their team in Koprivnica. You will be responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end purchasing process, ensuring accurate data management and effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update multiple linked Excel spreadsheets containing quantities, prices, stock levels, statuses, dates and other critical import information.
• Report delivery status and supplier performance to relevant department heads.
• Communicate with suppliers via email and other channels.
• Monitor inventory levels and plan stock distribution across markets.
• Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Negotiate with product and service suppliers to achieve better terms.
• Track legal regulations, market trends and industry standards.
• Conduct market research, develop new product assortments and identify new suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement.
• Strong understanding of the full procurement process.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Advanced spoken and written English (B2/C1).
• Valid Category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
