About the role

The Location Manager will oversee the efficient operation of multiple work sites, ensuring compliance with budgets, client contracts, and legal standards. This role combines resource optimisation, staff leadership, and close collaboration with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the approved business plan, monitor budgets and optimise material consumption while respecting contractual norms.
• Organise and lead site personnel, coordinating regular and intervention tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of work locations to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients, expanding cooperation for specific projects.
• Manage team documentation, including attendance, absence reasons, sick leaves and related records.
• Evaluate and motivate employees, ensuring proper use of tools in line with legal regulations.
• Provide HR with accurate data on employee status, timesheets, payroll bases and allowances.

Required profile

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Excellent time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
• Attention to detail and precision when handling documents.
