About the role
TIGRA d.o.o. is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead low‑level construction projects around Zagreb and its surroundings. The role involves overseeing daily on‑site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Organise, coordinate and supervise all construction activities on the site.
- Monitor the progress and quality of work performed.
- Plan and manage daily site operations.
- Read construction drawings and maintain necessary documentation.
- Communicate with investors, supervisors and other project participants.
Required profile
- Higher education (VSS or VŠS) in civil engineering or a related construction field.
- Strong sense of responsibility, organisational skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with stakeholders.
